I arrived for my appointment and the barber who was supposed to cut my hair was not there. A colleague checked his phone and was surprised to see that there was a booking from me.
He gave a half-hearted apology and told me to come back another day. It would have been easy to reply to my booking and let me know that they were unable to keep it. This is utterly incompetent. This was my first and my last visit.
