Had an appointment with Shabana Iqbal last Saturday after not going to a hair salon for what felt like ages well 2 years actually. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the hour or so. She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted for a haircut. As I was going pretty short, at each step she asked me to feel my hair to ensure I was happy with the length. Really considerate. Super professional and am chuffed with my haircut. Will be back 😊
