It's a basic treatment room and I had to wait a little while for the treatment to start so was lying there wondering if I had been forgotten! Having said that I booked very last minute so was grateful to have got an appointment. The beautician asked me what style of intimate wax I wanted which I appreciated as I tend to always come out with something I hadn't asked for and was pleased that hot wax was used - which I think was especially good given the price.
