The lady doing my nails was lovely!
However, the other staff were unprofessional. Gossiping in the back and doing what they want.
One worker came up to the nail desk and interrupted my treatment by asking for a bail polish for herself, then she proceeded to paint her toenails in shift.
My nails were okay, not the best. My cuticles bled for a while after all the trimming and filing

It was great overall - the staff were friendly and my hair looked great when I left. Not too bad price wise for someone in Manchester city centre either. The entire process took longer than I've experienced at other salons but that was the only downside. Would definitely go back.
