ice cave and one other room in the spa area was not working. was difficult to get into the hydrotherapy pool as it was so busy. lunch was only a 45 minute slot and our first treatment was at the same time as our lunch slot ended which gave us even less time to enjoy lunch. Lunch limited in choice. lt was rushed and very much like a production line when it should be a relaxing experience. Treatment was ok. It was the busiest spa day i have ever attended. We didn't find the vibe relaxing at all.

Spa is Amazing! Hotel was lovely and superb surroundings. The treatments in the Spa were incredible and would highly recommend! The only thing that prevented 5 stars was the lunch.. hardly any options for non-meat eaters. Also the carpet in the room was not very clean.

Venue is beautiful! Very busy when checking in, so we were worried about how crowded the spa would be but considering the amount of people, it didn't feel overcrowded. Staff were great, treatments were enjoyable. Hydrotherapy pool was a dream. Lunch and dinner in the hotel was very nice. Although we had a lovely spacious triple room, our 3 single beds were so uncomfortable and we didn't sleep very well - the only let down!

I would have appreciated more information on our arrival. A guided tour was requested but never materialised. After my treatment I just wanted to relax but I was told to get up immediately and was escorted back to reception. I was not told where I could relax and had to ask.
