Fantastic experience, great facilities and staff were very welcoming and helpful
My partner and I had a fantastic time at The Day Spa and really enjoyed the whole package. We book a further treatment on top of the spa day and both of our treatments were great! Extremely good value for money.
Spent the day relaxing, which is a rare thing for me. Had an amazing hot stone back massage followed by the shoulder, face and head massage which left me floating out for a lay down on the water beds in the whisper area. Staff were very friendly and polite. Lunch was great with a good choice of lovely healthy options. Would highly recommend the day spa.
Paid for full experience including lunch and treatment when I arrived they said I did not even though it cost me £300 so I didn't get my treatment or my money back it ruined my whole experience. Was told it was a mistake thru the third party I booked through which was treatwell and there was nothing they could do I feel as though I was conned into paying more knowing I would not get what I paid for it's a absolute disgrace to say I am not happy does not even cover it. A couple of the rooms i.e. The steam room was not working or the rock crystal room the spa pool wasn't even that warm I have used this hotel before and thought I would always use this as a get away but I felt totally let down this time I don't no if I will ever return incase I get conned again!!
