Excellent facilities. Spa treatment very good. Nice room. Nice food staff in restaurants need to stop bickering in front of guests, confusion with service.
Spa was a tad crowded due to the day we chose to go, but the facilities were good, the hotel was great!
Staff friendly, spa was overcrowded and there was nowhere to sit around the pool at all, this could have been managed by staff in a better way

It was a wonderful peaceful environment reminiscent of roman baths . The lunch was plentiful and good for all tastes and the staff obliging. I had a wonderful therapist who gave me a lovely pedicure and made me feel at ease throughout.
The staff were really helpful & polite. The spa was poorly managed & seemed to be over booked as there was a queue to use any of the facilities. When we arrived treatments for my partner hadn't been arranged & we had to have them 3 hours apart. (Everyone other couple there went in together)
