Spa and treatments fab,food not the greatest and some of the staff wernt the friendliest! Overall,disappointed!
Had a brilliant spa experience, facilities are great for relaxation especially the hydrotherapy pool. Staffs are really friendly and approachable, had a problem with our booking and Manager Rebecca was brilliant sorted everything out for us. Amanda that did my massage was great thoroughly enjoyed it.
The hotel stay was simple the best. Room was nicely decorated, breakfast brilliant with a good selection. Dinner on the other hand was horrible. Need more selection on the dinner menu.
Whitterbury Hall is the best spa I have been to with a lovely hydrotherapy pool and you can relax on the sunbeds around the swimming pool and pretend your somewhere hot!
The whole experience was very relaxing. From the start to the finish the whole package was outstanding. Me and my wife will be returning very soon. Very good value for money.
