Lovely place, helpful staff, very clean. Lunch was a buffet amazing food all nice and fresh something for every one. Myself and hubby loved it felt totally relaxed after. Can't comment on treatments as we didn't have any. Thank you for a lovely peaceful child free day.
Great package, I think the lady who conducted my massage was new as it wasn't as relaxing and good as my partners, he said his was amazing! Nice facilities, nice food, overall quite clean. 50% of staff didn't seem to want to be there and some came across a little rude, however it didn't spoil the stay. Would definitely return.
We enjoyed our session at the spa and couldn't have bettered anything. Everyone was helpful, the place was clean, the food was tasty and we enjoyed all the facilities. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Whittlebury Hall.
Had a lovely day and night away at Whittlebury. The leisure side of the Day Spa is pretty standard - pool, sauna and steam room. But the spa side is lovely - hydrotherapy pool, several saunas and steam rooms, "experience showers", as well as a relaxation room and "whisper area" upstairs (water beds, hammock chairs etc). I had a 25 minute massage as part of the package, which was great, though I think this depends on your therapist as my partner was less satisfied with his massage.
We went on a bank holiday so it was probably busier than an average weekday but we still had a chance to use all of the facilities. Bring your own flip-flops as they charge £5.50 at the spa, though they do provide robes and towels which you can swap for dry ones during the day.
The buffet lunch included was great, as was the 3-course dinner in the evening and breakfast the next morning. The hotel room was standard, a view of an air conditioning unit was less than impressive, but we spent the whole day in the spa so didn't spend that much time in the room!
