Great Day at Whittlebury Hall. Just a couple of glitches - our treatments which we booked separately were not on our itinerary, so we had to chase these up and our names were missing from the lunch list. However, the staff sorted this out really quickly and if did not affect our day at all.
The Jessica Gelaration Manicure and Espa full body massage were both lovely and again, the staff were excellent at their job.
We did miss having lots of towels available throughout the day - in previous visits these were on display for you to use, whereas this year, we had to ask for replacements.
All in all, I would totally recommend a day spent at Whittlebury.
Loved this place, so much to do, really clean, helpful staff and excellent food. Treatment was great. Really good value for money!
We found it too busy, even for a Monday! There were not enough opportunities to swap wet towels and so had a very soggy towel by the end of the day!
Me & my husband had a one night escape spa break over the w/end, we had a lovely back & shoulder massage, the spa area was good, wasn't sure about the ice experience!! we enjoyed the lunch/dinner/breakfast although the chicken was bit chewy!! The staff were friendly.
overall good however very noisy for a spa day as there were too many guests, a bit overcrowded! the tea and fruit in reception area required replenishing
