Lovely spa, wonderful food and the staff were very polite and helpful. We would stay here again
Sadly did not live up to expectations. Beautiful location and facilities but under staffed, over booked, very crowded, long waits for flannels and cold water and no loungers available. Food hugely disappointing. Stiff tried hard but just overwhelmed.
The hotel was lovely and the spa facilities were great. We also had a lovely lunch, dinner and breakfast. The only thing I would complain about is some of the staff are so rude.
