The day spa was far too busy to the point of being chaotic. Lockers didn't work which caused a lot of hassle to guests and staff. The female staff in the food area worked v hard and things would have been better if the blokes working there actually got a move in with things. Definately difference between male and female work ethics! Too busy to be a relaxing experience. Good as a cheap day on a deal. But not what is wanted for a luxury treat day.

A wonderful spa, cannot fault anything. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the hotel was excellent.
Enjoyed a lovely relaxing day at Whittlebury Hall. Sauna, Steam and Jacuzzi facilities were great, the pool a little chilly, lunch was delish!
DO NOT BOOK with LASTMINUTE! I booked via lastminute.com and totally wished I HAD NOT! I spoke to an agent over the phone who told me it was £49.50 for two people for a spa day, I had a group of four and purchased two tickets and thought the BOGOFF would make my tickets 4. I got there and was utterly embarrassed and had to wait an hour in the reception while they tried to resolve it, I was made to feel like a criminal, it was not very nice at all as they refused to let even the two paid people go in....they said last minute offered Spa Day for Two - £49.50. Why don't lastminute just say £99 for two people which would not cause confusion. I was asked to buy a spa day for two directly with the spa for which was cheaper than lastminute at £79. Last minute said they will listen to the call and refund me the extra I have paid if they find their advisor had given me incorrect information which I insisted he had. They told me they found the calls now they are saying no calls have been traced, they are now insisting all calls are deleted after 2 months. How can they delete calls that came from my number when it is part of an ongoing complaint. They are refusing to give me my money back due to their incompetence and false advertising!
