Had good day but felt a lot of the facilities like the saunas needed updating tiles missing and looked a bit old .
Otherwise lunch was really nice and the main swimming pool was very good.
Staff were a little rude and uninterested. I’ve been to spas with better facilities for the same money. Food was nice.
The staff really could not be bothered. They ask if you would like a spa tour... You tick yes and then they totally ignore that and point towards doors and tell you where to go.
Everything seemed to go wrong from the moment we checked in and they didn’t have our spa itineraries which lead to one of us missing a treatment (which was rearranged for later in the day), the other having the wrong treatments and another having two back shoulder and neck massage instead of one. The meals were decent but they forgot the GF birthday cake which had been pre-ordered and paid for. The managed to replace this with a normal cake but meant that one of the ladies from the party was not able to enjoy it. A lot of the rooms in the spa were out of order, lifts were out of order, booking system for meals was chaotic and outdated. The staff was in all fairness very helpful and friendly and it was impressive how they were able to work as well as they did in the middle of such madness!
I went for a day spa with two friends and it was a wonderful relaxing day. The staff and facilities were wonderful. It has everything you would expect want and need from a spa.
