The staff were fantastic, all so polite and helpful, honestly couldn’t compliment them enough, amy behind the desk really took the time to make sure I was happy and answered all my questions and alysa who did my treatment was very good and really lovely! Would go against n just for how I was treated
Lovely place,very relaxing, very clean only one small criticism is there’s not enough seating around the pool area or a big enough chilled seating area for a coffee ect
Had a really lovely midweek visit to the spa. We arrived around 9am and it only took five minutes to get checked in, health form completed and information pack given to us. My booking had been recorded with no problems. We stayed in the spa for around seven hours, enjoying all the facilities which were never too busy. We had a very nice lunch, which was included, and we were impressed with the selection available. I would happily recommend this spa and will definitely come again.
Lovely day. Spent with celebrating birthday everything was as expected . Would of been nice to have more choice of dessert
