We stayed here after getting married and were overwhelmed by the care and level of customer service we received. All staff were friendly and super helpful and went the extra mile. Made our day! Thank you.
Unfortunately the spa was overcrowded, the steam and sauna rooms were very noisy, you couldn’t move in the changing rooms, there was nobody in the swimming pool but every lounger had a towel on it. Not relaxing at all. On the positive side the food was fantastic, the restaurant was well managed and there was plenty of delicious food.
Overbooked, hundreds of people with no where to sit or lie down. Could not get into the saunas, steam rooms. Pool cold. On a positive food and accommodation was really nice and treatment time was relaxing
Great place, great facilities. Staff feel like they're taking from a script..
