The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. HOWEVER: I paid for a hot Brazilian waxing but got one with wax strips instead. As a result, right after the procedure, my skin became red, swallen and sore. A day later, a layer of broken(!) skin peeled off. It took me a few days for my skin to recover. I am definitely not going back!
