Not as full a Brazilian as desired. Staff do not give you time to get changed in private. Cheap service but also less quality than if you pay more.

The lady who did my wax was very nice and friendly and the venue was pleasant, however the wax itself was not good at all.
It was more of a bikini than a Brazilian (nothing taken off underneath) and extremely painful as she slowly peeled the wax off rather than ripping it off quickly. I ended up having to go to another salon which resulted in me paying double.
I felt bad complaining in person as I didn’t want to upset or offend the beautician, so first approached the salon by email to explain what had happened. However the response I got was very unapologetic and apparently it is their ‘policy’ that if a customer is unhappy they must return to the salon for them to judge themselves, which I find untrustworthy and unprofessional.

The nail technician was delightful- skilled, professional, kind and empathetic. This is the best my nails have looked and the therapist was completely great. I’d thoroughly recommend this service at this salon.

Great service, would definitely recommend it. My nails look amazing and they remain shiny for up to three weeks. All the girls are lovely and it is always a great experience to visit them!
