Welcomed by the team on arrival and discussed the treatment I was having. Decided to change and have gel polish and they dealt with it great. The staff were lovely, the finish was lovely and I would definitely return!

Ana is such a nice lady! It was awesome having my nails done while having a good conversations with her. There was a problem with the nail polish, and she was very quick to solve it and offer alternatives. Quality of work and of client treatment!

I was super disappointed with my experience.
Firstly I wanted a facial to decongest and remove Melia but when it came to it she basically said i needed a different treatment but didn't offer to do it or exchange it just explain it was 50 pounds and carried on with a VERY BASIC facial in which I could have done at home and now have a few break outs which i Rarely suffer from so i am pretty upset. Danielle was a really nice girl though and her personality was lovely i must say.
For the lash lift it was absolutely pointless. My eyelashes don't look lifted or curled at all they look the same as before if not slightly less full and a little bit darker.
To be honest I was Very underwhelmed and so sad that I used my voucher here instead of getting something more worth while (especially since it was a gift given to me from a friend). I also had to pay 12 pound for the tint which i think is ridiculous considering it should come with the service! i was upset to say the least.
I then complained to the salon who said they wanted me to come back to look at my lashes to see them even thought my technician has before and after images.
I also don't really want to revisit as I would feel awkward and I don't really want another treatment from them.
