My actual facial was great and Danielle was brilliant but could have maybe been more relaxing with some music on, dimmed lights etc. Found it hard to relax fully with bright lights and being able to hear other staffs conversations from the other rooms!

The lass was extremely bubbly and kind. A pleasure to talk to but unforchanitly the results of the waxing wasn't as good as I had hoped ... She missed a bit on the facial waxing which resulted in a Hitler type mustashe I noticed when applying makeup next day and the Hollywood from my understanding was all off however I noticed in the more awkward areas and bin left out though I believe this may had bin due to her worrying about the amount of pain I was in getting it done ... Ultimately customer survive was impeccable however I unforchanatly Will have to bring it down a star for result xx
