Poor English let them come across as unfriendly and I am sure they were not. They could have explained the process and because poor time management I did not get a haircut. Improve your English and customer service and you will have a promising career.

The lovely girl doing my pedicure was an absolute delight ! She was so so lovely and total pleasure to have the treatment with . (Sorry I didn’t get your name!) helped with selecting colour and took such care of the treatment
Only thing I wish they had was built in basins for feet/spas for feet which would be like little jacuzzis like in other salon - that’s the only thing which would have made the experience even better . My new fave salon in Newcastle! It’s stylish and staff are really amazing .
