Really wonderful staff. When I walked in my beautician was at the door to greet me and take me through. The conditions were really lovely, very crisp decor. When I was taken up to the room, I had a lovely conversation which carried on throughout my treatment. When doing my waxing I was asked in detail about the shape I wanted and what was going to be done. I felt in very safe hands the whole time I was there
