Very friendly and welcoming,the lady that done by treatment was really knowledgeable especially as I have over plucked my eyebrows and she gave me some advice.

Staff were really friendly, only problem was I went in and asked for my hair to be blow dried in a volumous and wavy style, and the finished product was extremely dead straight and flat on my head!! It also took over an hour.
