Lovely warm greeting and kind enough to offer a hot beverage. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of treatments and offers. I would have awarded it 5 stars but one of my nail gels isn't finished properly. Well worth a visit and offer a reward scheme.

The whole experience was very professional and both the Hollywood wax and full leg wax were perfect, fast and as pain-free as possible. However, due to language barriers, when I got my eyebrows waxed my request was not understood so I got the complete opposite of what I asked for!
