firstly, the service was great, friendly and definitely wanting to be good. I did however not walk out receiving the service I paid for despite a correction. a Hollywood is full removal of everything. I pointed it out but left with a bikini wax.

The lady who removed my gel nails was bubbly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. If I need another appointment I'd definitely like to book with her again.

Had my hair styled by Kara for a wedding and it was amazing, I got SO many compliments the whole day. It's the next day and my braids still haven't budged and look just as good! Kara asked lots of questions and gave me different options, she was very thorough and I felt in very capable hands!
