I came in with my daughter because I couldn’t get childcare and had an appointment with Lacey. She was really lovely and did a safe hair cut for which I am really grateful. I will definitely recommend her and come back because whilst it wasn’t a wow moment, I realise that over time this allows me to keep the length whilst thinking about condition etc - I’ve always had hair dressers that chops loads off so this was a great haircut. Thank you! Everyone was friendly and welcomed my little girl xx

I had hair up done for a wedding, it was nothing like I asked for. She didn't even backcomb the top so there was some height to it. One side had hair hanging down, the other never. I went home, took it out and re-dit it myself. Wasted £35.

The staff were lovely but I definitely wouldn’t book again. Firstly, the salon doesn’t have an atmosphere where you feel pampered & cared for. The towels were old & bleach stained. The hair brush used was FULL of other people’s hair. I showed 6 pics of the length I wanted & ended up with a much shorter cut. It was a drastic cut and she didn’t even check before making the first cut & then said I didn’t indicate the right length. Got home & there’s bits that are longer & uneven. Such a bad cut.
