Seen very late, with no explanation why or when we would be seen. Cut was very rushed. Nobody spoke to us. Felt very uncomfortable.
The final cut on one of my daughters' hair wasn't good at all, was very rushed and not level.

As always Ellie done an amazing cut and colour for me. Decided to go back to my more natural colour and it was a change but I’m beyond happy with the results.
