I paid for a platinum hydrafacial. The description states I should get a booster with it. When I went to my appointment, and they asked me what I paid I told them and showed them my booking receipt and they said that it’s an additional price to have a booster - which they hadn’t disclosed before. So I booked a hydrafacial with booster and didn’t receive one… that was pretty misleading and a misrepresentation. The facial itself was fine, but £150 for a hydrafacial is a rip off.
