Tammy is by far best sports massage therapist that I’ve experienced. Tammy is friendly, professional and very knowledgable in her field. Tammy has been able to explain different muscles and ligaments to me and provide excellent advice on how to keep on top of any aches and pains I suffer from.
I was unable to find a SMT that went deep enough to provide me with pain relief until I met Tammy a few years ago now. I am a regular customer and would highly recommend Tammy.

Hands down - the best massage in the City. You can tell Tammy received proper training for sports massage, in depth knowledge of my problem and she went straight to the problem area.

Good detailed assessment followed by a thorough massage with good pressure & rounded off with some stretches. Nice touch having the cleanser & cotton pads there for the dreaded panda eyes after being face down for a while. Also hair bands in case you forgot to bring one. A knowledgeable therapist who was easy to chat to & great at her job.

Tammy is an amazing massage therapist - she is really knowledgeable and is great at working on all the hard/sore spots. I always feel so much better after one of her massages! Would highly recommend
