As a runner, Tammy is the BEST sports massage therapist I've had. She's very knowledgable, excellent in identifying the cause of injury, dealing with it and suggesting exercises and stretches that will help. She has a lovely light and spacial room, and for the city, her prices are very competitive. I cannot recommend her enough.
