Tammy was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable about the body and did a proper assessment on my movement before we started the treatment. Very helpful to explain my movement overall rather than just focusing on one specific area of tension. Great sports massage - highly recommend if you are looking for someone professional and equally an expert in this field! Will be back for sure!
