THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED. Walked in with shoulder pain and Helena sorted it out. She also checked my pelvic area, did some massage word before recommending a visit to the doctor for a full diagnosis. This is treatment at its best - effective but careful taking care not to make matters worse. Helena makes real progress where safely possible doing a great job but not taking risks.
