The staff are lovely, though they were running about 40 minutes late and no one mentioned this, or apologised for it. One of my nails chipped the next day- but the rest have lasted very well.

The second massage was for my girlfriend. I was really happy we could have the massage on the same time. Too bad we couldn't actually be together since there were 2 separate rooms. Fortunately the massage was amazing enough to go with the flow :)
