Absolutely appalling. Certainly the worst facial my mother and I have had before. The venue was cluttered and the staff who did our facials seemed incredibly inexperienced - I have had many facials before so I know what they are meant to be like. The oils put on my face smelt like plasticine, and the ‘massage’ technique was clumsy and at times uncomfortable. The facial also only lasted 35 minutes when it was advertised as one hour - when we questioned the staff about this they argued and said it was Treatwells fault! We were offered a very small discount as they also started 20 minutes late - but I felt like they should have paid us for what we experienced.

Lovely place but lady who did the manicure just rushed it and it was difficult to get any conversation out of her. Not a place I would want to go back.

Very welcoming staff and nice ambience. Hollywood wax was very good and decent value for money.
Hot, noisy, uncomfortable and not particularly well done.. emails re: booking answered only sometimes. Pleasant enough, just not really up to standard unfortunately.
