I had a lovely experience, beautiful location, great customer service. Beatrice and Megan were extremly proffesional and caring. Highly recommend!
Upon arrival, we discovered that there had been issues with the booking (due to errors with Treatwell). The salon sorted everything out and we went on to have very relaxing pedicures. We will go back to Duchess Beauty next time we're in Bath.
Full price but had a trainee who wasn't sure what she was doing. Somewhat rushed and not a hot wax as advertised and paid for.
