Shocking customer service and unprofessional management. Booked two massages. Had the pregnancy one only to be told I couldn’t have the second as I’m pregnant. No where upon booking does it say it’s not suitable, plus the pregnancy one did my back, neck and shoulders anyway, and I’ve been told my partner should have phoned and asked if the massage was suitable! Staff assumed it was for someone else! We’re out of pocket and management’s response was awful and blamed us!!

Both me and my Mum had a post Christmas treatment, I had gel nails and Mum had an Elemis facial which we thoroughly enjoyed and definitely do again.
