Great massage, the location is lovely with a calming atmosphere

We were really exicted having seen such great 5* reviews but were so disappointed when we arrived. The wrong treatment was down on our booking to start with, once that was sorted we were shown the leisure facilities which looked like a run of the mill leisure centre. The changing rooms were dated and dirty and the pool wasn't much better. We moved our afternoon tea forward to avoid spending more time there listening to the members complaining about the place. The massage we booked was great and the therapists were lovely, just a shame we hadn't had the spa experience that the reviews made us think we might. For what we paid we feel a bit cheated as we've used other spas in the past which offer a much more relaxing experience. Book a treatment as a standalone experience but I wouldn't book a spa day unless you want to be disappointed.

Very nice but didn’t get any change £5. I needed don’t mind tipping but £5. Is excessive
