Fabulous hot stone massage, reasonable prices. Only problem was the “chill out” room. Was packed all day so could hardly chill out, could barely hear ourselves speak over the noise. Not very relaxing after such a great massage!

I booked a deep tissue massage, but was offered an ‘upgrade to hot stones.’ I thought I would try the hot stone massage for a change, but I wish I hadn’t as I find hot stones massage frustrating! Though hot stones do intensify the strokes, I think the break in touch and time wasted in selecting stones, (and the noise of them clacking together), fragments the massage and, for me makes the whole experience less relaxing! I also think that the stones stop staff finding the bits that need doing and it becomes a more generic rather than bespoke experience. Having said this I would still encourage people to book - my comments are more about my personal choice rather than the service provided!
