Me and my partner booked for a spa day for our anniversary, everything was fine until we got changed to use the pool ect. There was a class on at the time and the woman who was running it said we was only aloud to use jacuzzi saunas and steamer. We only had an hour and half to use these facilities so why book us in when a class was on. We got bored of just using the jacuzzi so we got changed and asked a member of staff if we could move our tea for two forward, then we was given a dirty table.
