I feel a bit sad leaving this review as I so wanted to love this salon! They are super friendly and really local to me. I just don’t love my haircut, it’s auite old-fashioned as a bob - longer at the back and shorter at the front with no thinning so it sits out like an 80s puffball since I have quite thick hair. I am used to having it longer at the front and slightly shorter at the front so it sits properly and frames my face. Maybe it’s my fault for not showing a picture. Luckily hair regrows!
Aaliyah did an ok job but I wasn’t fully satisfied with the overall cut or experience.
Have been coming here for about 2 years now - had a bit of an issue last time but it was quickly solved!
I think Aliyah is super nice and very respectful and I really like her. Yet, my hair is very important for my photoshoot and i saw some uneven cutting as i dont want all in same line at the back of the hair.(Modern layers )
Also be aware that if you book through treatwell, your hair technician ll subject to change( i choose Angelo not her ) regular customer wants to book certain hairdresser so I will be assigned with someone I dont used to book . Is it quite unfair for someone new?
