I originally booked a haircut and a hair updo 1 month and half ago. While the haircut happened although moved on an earlier date, the updo was cancelled few days before the wedding date, because there was no staff to make the appointment at the time I scheduled. I enquired whether the cancellation was a mistake, but the venue ghosted me for 2 days. The day before my appointment, they confirmed it was indeed cancelled. Highly do not recommend for their unreliability.

I went for a balayage and asked for lowlights to add extra depth, the hairdresser acknowledged and proceeded to do my hair, I noticed when she only doing highlights, she said can’t do that, and that’s not what they do there and that if I wanted to come back to add them her manager could, I also got charged for long hair apparently this is because of the time it takes, but she ended doing my hair in less time then stated for medium hair, felt rushed and not well cared. I got expensive highlights

Ylenia did a brilliant job at accomplishing the colour I had envision. I went from a brunette to fiery golden ginger with a smooth root blend/ balayage. Ylenia worked with me and kept me updated along the way. Very good results, thank you for your patience, advice and expertise.
