Yvett ruined my hair, and what's worse , she can't be professional enough to accept her mistake. I went in with gorgoeus healthy shiny hair , although with variety of tones but at least healthy and got out not only without the hairstyle I wanted, but with damaged hair that are breaking and falling, I can't even comb my hair, currently there is not 2 hair on head of same length. Besides she gave me one quote on colnuslation yet charged me a higher price after she was done, seriously unprofessional
