Lovely salon with great atmosphere. Elena was brilliant, perfect nails. Only issue I had was the salon card machine was not working and I had to go to the shop round the corner to get cash out.

I had confirmation and had prepaid for a haircut. Turned up at the venue and all staff were oblivious to my booking even though it was prepaid. My stylist was busy adding foils to another customers hair at the time and explained she would not be able to cut my hair. I sat for an hour before my hair was even washed. Stylist was very apologetic but I felt unwelcome and was left to my own devices - not even given a magazine for the wait. Haircut was basic but they put a nice hair mask on. If you book through Treatwell I suggest you phone ahead to make sure the salon knows you’re coming!!!
