Friendly therapist, but treatment could’ve been better. Cuticles could’ve been fully removed and I was left waiting outside in the cold and not let in, until another customer opened the door

Salon is lovely however they didn’t have any record of my appointment booked through Treatwell so I had to come back several hours later (although Jess stayed late to do my nails which I did appreciate, it was still fairly inconvenient) however for a gel manicure it hasn’t only lasted 10 days and is now peeling/lifting which I don’t think is great value for a £30 manicure.
