The full spectrum centre is amazing, I've been having treatments for years off Joanne, I've also had treatments from the other therapists too, everything is great, they make you feel so special. I have a chronic illness (ME) and Joanne is very knowledgable about my condition, she deals with my pain and eases it, or it goes away completely! I've also gone to the smaller classes for Reiki, Sound Bath, Meditations etc. The staff are all lovely and put you at ease, I would and do, recommend them to everyone. Wonderful peaceful place.

Fantastic v treatment, can't believe how much they offer at the centre.
Have booked for a another reflexology session, hot stone massage and some angel therapy.
A one stop shop for all you need to feel great

I have been visiting the full spectrum for some time and each visit lives up to and above my expectations.
I was struggling with fertility problems and after 4 failed cycles of ivf and despite changing my lifestyle to do all I could to try and make my treatment successful, this wasn't to happen. I was desperate for success in what ever way I could so reviewed various fertility reflexologists and came across Jo at the full spectrum. I met with her for an initial appointment and decided at this point that the full spectrum was the place for me. From entering the treatment room i felt comfortable, relaxed and confident in Jo and her treatment plan. After having fertility reflexology by Jo I had the confidence to have another cycle of ivf. I was over the moon to find that the ivf cycle was successful and I am now almost 6 months pregnant. I believe that the help of Jo; not only her reflexology but her motivation and positivness helped me not only to firstly get pregnant but to continue my pregnancy with a positive attitude. Jo is always available to listen, support and share her extensive knowledge of fertility/pregnancy. I would definitely recommend Jo and the team at the full spectrum.

Well after fab treatments with jo and all at the full spectrum centre, variety of therapies all high class, the centre is amazing and staff are all great 😊🌈❤ thank you xxxx
