Had a lovely sinus and lymphatic drainage massage with Joanne. From the moment I lay on the bed I felt very relaxed. Would definitely recommend and I will be back at some point for more treatments :)

Joanne is a wonderful teacher and course facilitator. Her courses are extremely informative and I immediately felt at ease with her friendly and supportive personality.

I’ve recently done level 1 Reiki training at The Full Spectrum and am currently doing level 2. Joanne is a brilliant teacher she makes learning fun. Plus Joanne is always there if I just need to talk. I have a lot of treatments with Joanne she as helped me with a lot as I sometimes am in a lot of pain. She is an amazing lady. I highly recommend The Full spectrum.
I've been seeing Jo at The Full Spectrum Centre for over 7 years. I visit a couple of times a month for a range of treatments and always come out feeling relaxed, less stressed, less tense and well looked after. I can highly recommend the pregnancy treatments which served me Very well during both my pregnancies. Very highly recommended.
