Do not book here - I booked gel infills on the 27th April 2024 and paid £39 in advance. I arrived at the salon location and could not find the salon, I called Toni and she advised that she wasn’t actually there and couldn’t provide the service and that treatwell shouldn’t have allowed me to book. She promised me a full refund and said she’d contact treatwell to process a refund. It’s now two months later and I have not received my refund, despite contacting Toni many times on the matter.
