I wasn’t very happy with the customer service regarding the appointment, rescheduled on the day of instead of a few days earlier when they knew my slot wasn’t available. I had plans the evening of the new appointment so they rushed me through instead of admitting they couldn’t do a decent job in the timeframe given. Ended up with uneven and thick nails that I have had to fix myself. Price of polish wasn’t included in the price and not easily advised on Treatwell. Not very happy overall.

The atmosphere in the salon was so unwelcoming, and Sonya could work on her people skills. She wasn’t very friendly at all. The manicure has started chipping 2 days later, and it didn’t look good from the start! £33 for a basic gel manicure where it looks like I’ve done my own nails badly...should be half the price. Other salons do gel overlay for cheaper than that and last for weeks and look so much better. Won’t make the mistake of going here again.
