Very nice and friendly and lovely treatment - nails lasted a long time!!

Lovely calm surroundings. Sarah really put me at ease and the products used smelt lovely. If you like the combination of a facial and massage then this is the treatment for you. Definitely worth booking the spa facial which lasts for 75 mins; that little bit of extra time is well worth it. The only thing I would add is that whilst my facial massage and décolletage massage was really lovely, my back, neck and shoulder massage whilst lying on my front could have been firmer and in addition, I was not asked to pop my head face down through a hole in the table, so my neck was at an awkward angle when having my back massaged. However, I realise that I should have mentioned this at the time as I am sure it could easily have been rectified and this will in no way put me off visiting again, which I look forward to doing so at some point in the future. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so that my review can be as honest as possible, but overall it really was a lovely visit.
