Worse hair experience of my life. Didn't get what I asked for.. the hairdresser decided to change what she was doing as she thought it would look better - nothing like the photos I had shown. I was told to return a week later to fix it if I still wasn't happy, but returned the next day because I couldn't stand it. This was back in Feb 2017 and now in Sept 2017 my hair is still ruined and dry from this experience, despite paying extra for Olaplex and conditioning. Over priced and still feeling the aftermath months later with dry hair.

I Had to cancel my booking at late notice and they were very understanding. I rebooked for the following day and found the salon staff to be friendly and efficient
