Business was clean and appealing. I paid for a wash and blowdry and decided to add on a cut while there which was fine to do. Hairdresser was friendly. Not really much small talk. The wash was straightforward but no head massage during it like other places I have been and the hairdresser used gloves while washing which pulled on my hair and was not as comfortable as when done without gloves. I was dissapointed with the cut, I think the layers and general styling was almost better before I went in than after. The layers are uneven and top heavy. The blow dry was nothing special and left my hair feeling dry.
